How can I return an item?
If you request to return your product, please contact our Customer Service team and state why you wish to return it. We will send someone right away to pick up your order free of charge and after your order reached our warehouse and we confirm that the item is still new and undamaged, we will proceed to return your money.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 20 days to return your item from the date you placed your order.
Do I have to pay anything to return my product?
Returns are completely free. We also handle resend for free.
How will my money be returned?
Once we’ve approved your return and we’ve checked the item is still new and undamaged, we will refund your money through the same method of payment you used.
When will I get my refund?
After we’ve approved your return and we’ve checked that the items are still new and undamaged – with tags still attached- you will receive a confirmation e-mail indicating that your refund will be made in a couple of days. Please keep in mind that the refunded amount always depends on your banking company.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Our shipping delivery times range from 2-3 days to peninsular Spain and Balears. For the moment we don't delivery to Ceuta and Melilla or Canarias.
If you live in continental Europe, the estimated delivery time will be 5-7 working days. Our shipping company will get in touch with you to see when you’re available for delivery.
How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping costs within Spain, Baleares are Free. We don't ship to Islas Canarias and Ceuta y Melilla.
Shipping costs within the European Union are Free.
Please contact us for orders from a country outside de European Union.
How will my order be delivered?
We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order is ready to leave our warehouse, another e-mail with a tracking number and lastly our shipping company will get in touch with you via e-mail or phone to set a convenient time slot for delivery for you.
